Data controller
The data controller is Prysmica Studio. Contact: [email protected].
What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email and message. We do not collect any other personal data through the form. If you write to us directly at [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever the message contains.
How and why we use it
We use the information only to reply to your request and send you a proposal. Processing is based on your request to get in touch and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us. We do not sell it and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not track visitors across sites and does not build profiles. It measures aggregate data such as pages, countries and device type, without storing your IP address in a way that identifies you.
Who processes data on our behalf
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also handles delivery of the form messages and of [email protected]. Messages arrive in our Gmail (Google) mailbox. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses).
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a real browser. To do this it processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser details, and it does not use them for advertising. All fonts, scripts and images used by this site are served from our own domain.
Retention
Messages are kept as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting work, and are deleted on your request. We do not keep form messages in any database other than our email.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data (GDPR). For any request, write to us at [email protected]. You can also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
